Wine and Roses Country Estate {Ryan + Jenny} Seattle Wedding Photographer

It's been crazy around here with so many inquires from excited newly engaged couples. I'm so thrilled for what this year will bring! Putting this post together has really gotten me happy for summer time and more weddings. It really is amazing to be able to love your job & bring joy to others! 

Remember Ryan + Jenny from awhile back? Their wedding day was no less fabulous. Jenny was simply stunning of course, and Ryan melted my heart once again with his sweetness and deep love for Jenny. When we chatted for the first time regarding their wedding I was so excited for this location out at Wine and Roses Country Estate by Auburn. I fell in love with Jenny's description of the balcony overlooking the ceremony within the gorgeous barn. I was not disappointed! And to top it all off, the lighting in the field while we were taking photos... stop it! Just perfection.

Winter Photography {Seattle Photographer}

Winter is such an amazing time to photograph here in the Northwest. I adore the beauty of naked trees and moody low light.  Winter may not be chosen number 1 for photography, but I hope this image above  showcases a unique and beautiful view of what those chilly colder months of the year can offer. I'll tell you it's sheer beauty!

Downtown Seattle {Pacheco Family} Seattle Family Photographer

There is nothing more flattering than to receive an email from a wonderful family stating they saw your work online and would love some pictures taken, especially when the family is from out of town. The Pacheco family came to Seattle for a long weekend to attend a friends wedding, and thought it would be fun to get photos taken of their family. How great of an idea is this!  Especially when you're visiting the northwest with a beautiful city like Seattle. I was pretty flippin’ thrilled when these guys asked me to shoot them. 

We all know Seattle can be a little unpredictable weather wise, and when you're working with a crunched time frame you must go with the flow, and I'm so glad these 4 did. It was poring the morning of their shoot, but by the time we got these 4 in front of the camera no rain was falling! And what better spot to hang out/ site see while taking pictures than downtown Seattle with Pikes Market, the Great Wheel, and the gum wall of course!
